ToxicTeener – Return & Refund Policy (U.S. Only)
If you are not happy with your order, ToxicTeener Shop accepts returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Item must be returned to ToxicTeener (your address below)

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned item arrives and is inspected.
Refund options:

Refund to original payment method

Exchange (new item ordered through Printify)
Refund processing time: 3–5 business days after inspection.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or want a different color:

Customer ships the original item back

After inspection, ToxicTeener places a new Printify order for the exchange

Replacement ships out once printed
Customer pays return shipping unless the error was our mistake.
Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items
Defective orders are replaced at no cost to you.
No return required.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
After production begins, cancellations are not guaranteed.
